Registration fees:

Registration fees includes breaks, lunch, reception, seminar materials, and a copy of the 2007 proceedings from the 4th International Conference on Laminitis and Diseases of the Foot.

Cancellation Policy:

Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing and received by October 24, 2008. A $50.00 service charge will be applied to all refunds.
